Grand Rapids Gold will host Veterans Night on Sunday, November 8

Dear Community Partners,

West Grand Neighborhood Organization (WGNO) is helping spread the word about a special opportunity to honor our West Michigan veterans!

The Grand Rapids Gold will host Veterans Night on Sunday, November 8, at 3:00 p.m. at Van Andel Arena, and we're inviting businesses, organizations, and community members to help veterans attend.

How can you help?

- Sponsor tickets for veterans. At the advertised $10 ticket price, 10 tickets represent $100, 25 tickets represent $250, and 50 tickets represent $500.

- Purchase tickets for yourself, family, or employees using the QR code on the attached Veterans Night flyer.

- Share this opportunity with your professional networks, veteran organizations, service clubs, and community partners.

The event will feature a JROTC color guard, Operation Green Light, a performance of "God Bless America," and special halftime recognition of a veteran.

Interested in sponsoring tickets? Contact Samuel Seegobin, Account Executive with the Grand Rapids Gold, at sseegobin@nbagrandrapids.com. A formal sponsorship form is expected Monday, but you can express interest now. The Gold will coordinate sponsorship and ticket distribution details.

As a fellow veteran, I understand how meaningful it is when our community comes together to recognize those who served. Every ticket sponsored is another opportunity to say thank you.

Please consider participating and forwarding this invitation to others who may be interested.

Warm regards,

Annette Vandenberg, MSW
